Dmitry Kochubey

Senior Technical Consultant — Robotics, Generative AI & Industrial Digital Transformation

I spend my days at the frontier where scientific research meets industrial reality. Over 15 years, I've moved from developing embedded firmware for IoT systems that monitor and connect vehicles at Škoda Auto DigiLab to leading presales engineering at Siemens HQ, and now I help enterprises translate cutting-edge R&D into commercially viable, deployable solutions.

My approach is simple: understand the business outcome first, then engineer the technology to deliver it. I've led teams of 10+ engineers, managed budgets across multi-year R&D programs, and positioned products for global markets from Chicago to Singapore.

When I'm not architecting digital twins or evaluating LLM pipelines, I'm mentoring the next generation of robotics engineers and contributing to EU research consortia that push the boundaries of autonomous crisis response.
